Today, we announce Indicative has been acquired by mParticle.
Indicative has been a long-term partner of mParticle, a leader in customer data infrastructure. mParticle’s ability to solve the challenges around data quality, governance, and connectivity are impressive and have allowed the company’s customers to build a strong data foundation from which world-class digital experiences are created. I have known mParticle Co-Founder and CEO Michael Katz for many years and his vision for mParticle, to help teams accelerate time to data value, is one I admire because it is closely aligned with our mission at Indicative.

Adding Indicative to the mParticle team gives our customers access to best-in-class customer data infrastructure while providing mParticle customers the tools to better explore and understand the customer journey. This acquisition will allow us to remove some of the pain points around data consistency and quality, and give you the means to activate your customer journey analytics by delivering them in real-time to the places where they’re most useful.
If you are a current Indicative customer, here’s what this means for you.
Nothing will change. Indicative, as part of mParticle, is a standalone platform today and will be for the foreseeable future. Existing Indicative customers can expect full functionality and better yet, further roadmap development with no change to your integrations or pricing. In short, nothing will change in the way your teams currently use Indicative–that includes the platform, features, your data connections, and customer support.
