BI systems are data-driven Decision Support Systems (DSS) whose purpose is to help businesses make better business decisions. It leverages software systems and services to transform data into actionable insights that inform an organization’s strategic decision making.
Thorough historical, current and predictive views of business operations, BI tools are used to access and analyze data sets and present them as analytical findings.
