Dashboards

Setting the update frequency on a dashboard in a behavioral analytics product
Here are four quick tips to customize your dashboards experience. You can get to dashboards from the Dashboards tab on the left side of the Indicative app.

1. Set Your Update Frequency. In the top right-hand corner of your screen, you should see something that says Every Hour. Click the button to change how frequently your dashboards update, so you get the results you need when you need them.

2. Rename and Delete Widgets. Select Settings to rename the dashboard. Click on the name of the widget to edit the individual widget.

3. Edit Layout. There are two settings you can use to move widgets around on your dashboard. On Autoflow, widgets will automatically move around to accommodate other widgets you are dragging around it. This is useful when you are trying to reorganize a large number of your widgets.

Use free flow to update the layout of your dashboard in a behavioral analytics product
Alternatively, you can use Free Flow, which lets you move widgets to any open space without altering the placement of your other widgets. On the bottom right-hand corner of each widget, you can select the resize icon to customize how large or small each widget will appear.

Add queries to your dashboard in a behavioral analytics product
4. Adding Queries. In SegmentationFunnel, and Cohorts, you can add a query to your dashboard by clicking the Save to Dashboard button in the top right-hand corner. In the Funnel tool, you will be given a few options for how your widget will display in the dashboard. Select as many as you would like displayed in your dashboard, and each will become a separate widget.
